6. The handling fee will be waived for the first 5 additional transcripts submitted within the 2-year validity period of the IELTS score. Please note that free additional transcripts cannot be discounted, deducted, or transferred to another test date.

1. Starting from the sixth batch of extra transcripts, the handling fee is RMB 60 per copy. The service commitment time is that the extra transcripts will be mailed within 5 working days after the candidate submits the application and pays the fee.

2. Candidates can pay an additional surcharge of RMB 40 per copy for expedited service, and then they can enjoy the expedited service. The service commitment time is that the additional transcript will be mailed within 3 working days after the candidate submits the application and pays the fee.

3. Fee-free additional transcripts can also apply for paid expedited service.

Please note that expedited service refers to a reduction in processing time before transcripts are sent, not a reduction in the delivery time of additional transcripts. British Council working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
